MISSION STATEMENT

 

Text Box: Members First Initiative seeks to advocate, organize and educate, our brothers and sisters towards a proactive/progressive new union movement.  Through advocacy, we empower each other to speak-out against inequality and disrespect. Through organizing we  build a grass roots movement with a foundation of shared ideas. By educating we seek to  create a collective of knowledgeable members with the intent of  a more democratic responsive union. For a democratic union to truly function  we must embrace a market place of new and shared ideas
